What To Expect
Making Clear Paths
We generally schedule a walk-through of the property before providing an estimate,that way we can better understand your wants and the needs of your property: including where to relocate the snow, obstacles to avoid, and also discuss hours of operation and areas of top priority. We will mark the boundaries of your lot with poles to help guide us through the lot on the deeper snow falls and mark where sidewalks begin and end.
Pricing varies depending on the size of the lot, as well as the depth of the snow cover for the storm. For parking lot salting we use rock salt or treated salt depending on the temperature, and is priced per application.For sidewalk ice management, we utilize a blended product.
